Spal Shield kits are computer cut and provide a layer of protection against rocks, debris, insect acids and weathering. The skintight fit does not change the original appearance of the vehicle and does not require any special maintenance unlike vinyl bras, which are unsightly and need removal to ensure no harm is done to the finish.
Spal Shield paint protection products are made from a lab designed and tested film specifically for paint protection; it is NOT vinyl, "saran wrap" or "tape". Paint protection film is 0.008" thick Thermaplastic Urethane that employs a clear coat for maximum shine and protection.
