the way it looks right now i am stuck with these wheels, paypal is not helping. i know he lives in ny, maybe ill find out where he lives and stop by the police station and see if they can help me.

i wish we can have a rule that to sell on this forum, you should have a certain number of posts, or be a member for a while, to keep scammers out.
