well i bought these wheels and tires from this looser.
he is a scammer.
the wheels were recently painted silver, not original amg. paint drip marks around all the lug holes.
the tires are worn, one tire has no tread from scraping.
dont buy from this guy. now i spent 1450.00 for some crappy painted wheels, that i guess he forgot to mention.
he should be banned from here.

DUDE!!!! You are out of your mind, these wheels were in mint condition and the tires have plenty of tread left. I sent you so many pics of these wheels and still you bitch when you get them. THIS GUY WANTED NEW WHEELS, HELLO YOU ARE PURCHASING USED WHEELS MY FRIEND!!!!!! I even threw in the fifth one for free and shipped them over night in packaged boxes. One wheel, let me say only one wheel, has a small rock chip on it, that is barely noticable and this guy is claiming it needs to be "REPAIRED", come on!!!!!! DRAMA QUEEN!!!!!!!!!!To prove my point here are the tire pics. Oh now that we live in the same city I would love to see you call me a looser to my face!

well whats your answer for the wheels being painted, you keep ignoring that.
i will post pics of the tire soon, as far as us living in the same city, easy with the threats, you dont know who you are talking to computer keyboard warrior. everyone is a tuff guy over the internet.
the fact that you are not a honest person, makes you a loser.

So now its just one tire, yeah it has some tread worn from when my fender was pushing on the tire. This happened when they towed the car after being hit. I told you all these and now you are b!tching like a little girl. You got $3800 worth of wheels and tires for $1450 shipped to your house next day. You are the scammer, why did you only ask for some money back? Oh and you tried to low ball me saying you had only $1100 then the next day payed me $1450. Dude you are just trying to get some money back, cheap a$$!!!! Go ahead and post your pics I have several too, that I am sure people will see how clean and mint they are. Dude you call me a scammer, read you paypal dispute:

1)tires are useless and worn, are you kidding me look at the treads and the penny pic.
2)no center caps, yeah I never said I had them.
3)unsafe tire, it has some fender rub.
4)not original OEM AMG, hello look at the freaking part number on the inside.
5)oh and there is a little scratch, that you can barely see, get a freaking life!!!!

I don't think you understand that you bought used wheels. I have posted pics of these excellent condition wheels to prove my point but I don't see any evidents of your horrible claims?

Man you just want your money back and free wheels!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

dont know why you keep talking crap, wheels are still painted.
i am done talking to you, paypal will decide.
i dont want these wheels, i want my money back, i was willing to forget the fact that they were painted, and just refund me 400.00 for a new tire.
as for the other tires, they are worn out too. but i can live with them.

Based on the info presented

I agree with ARMEND that the seller did not express the true condition of the items. Yes they were used, however it was not indicated that rock chips were present. The term excellent was used, aka top quality and condition.

Tread life seems to be exagerated, but assuming he's no professional the tread life left was probably just a guess. There was no mention that the 5th wheel was free and in the first post was claimed to have at least 85% tread life.

With the paint, it would be very hard not to notice when taking off the wheels and removing the center caps. I also think that not including the center caps was a communication issue that should have been discussed before the sale.
