I've tried opening the trunk in every way possible - all the buttons , the manual key dosen't twist at all in the trunk button. Also , i can't get all the rear seats down - aside from the left seat.

There is a lever that has likely broken in the trunk latch assembly. You will have to remove the trunk lid trim from the inside to remove and access the lever to manually open the trunk and proceed with the repair which is replacement. Its a crappy job.

I had the same problem, I was able to open the trunk by inserting valet key in trunk turning the key 1/2 way and pulling latch while key was still in place.

The key dosen't turn at all - and where is the lever that I pull to "permanantly" open the trunk.
