Nice, unrestored Classic 1965 Mercedes 220s B, the popular "heckflosse" fintailed sedan. It has 117K original miles.
Original 2.2 straight 6-cyl engine with perfectly-synchronized dual Zenith carburetors, completely overhauled in 2002.
The motors and running gear in these W111 bodied MBZ sedans are nearly bulletproof.

This is a rust-free California car since new, with its original black plates front and rear. I also have its original Mercedes Benz Data Card.
CLEAR California title, of course.

It has factory AUTOMATIC transmission, rebuilt by Vinn's Independent MBZ of San Francisco. If shifts flawlessly, with no slippage, chatter, leaks or noises. It has Power disc brakes and the optional Power steering ( for that time).

The interior of this 220SB is in remarkable shape for a car of this vintage. All original upholstery, its original, fairly rare dark green leatherette, with NO rips, tears or damage. One small split on rear bench, barely visible.

Rear backrest is clean and not sun-damaged like most. Same goes for the rear shelf panel; it is clean, with no rips or damage. Furthermore, it has a fairly rare, factory-optional rear deck speaker, with adjustable volume control in front, under dash.

All window and door mechanisms, door locks, window cranks, horn, wipers, lights and signals work. All gauges (oil presure, water temp and gas capacity) work fine. Both the odometer and trip meter work fine.

Unique color-changing Speedometer works fine and changes color as you increase your speed. Dash lights work. Even the shift indicator works!
CORRECT, original ivory steering wheel.

This 220SB still retains its original, factory BECKER radio, which works well, along with both the original front speaker and the rear shelf speakers.

Brand-new battery and alternator. The car runs and drives great. Super classic Benz. $4950. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE.

Lots of high-resolution photos available to serious parties.
