Fiber Optic CD Changer

I have a 2000 C280 and i just got the fiber optic cd changer and i was wondering if my car is prewired for it or do i need to buy cables?

Its pre-wired, you should find everything you need in the trunk right side behind the panel.

IT IS NOT WORKING WHENI PLUG IT IN IT COMES UP "NO CD CHANGER" I DONT KNOW
