I went and Test drove a CLK63 AMG on Sunday and I loved it. So I am coming to you to see if I am getting a fair price. This price is kind of steep but with my last experiance with the Escalade, I refuse to buy a cheap car. And as my wife says, if your going to do it right you gotta do it big. So I went to the dealer yesterday on my day off and decided to see how much this car would cost. So I went with the following packages and got the following price.

Exterior Color: Flint Grey
Interior: High Gloss Laurel Wood Trim
Ash Nappa Leather
Premium 2 Package
Distronic Package
Blue Illuminated Door Seals
Sheepskin Seat Inserts
AMG Performance Package

The Price was : $111,093.00

For a Brand New Mercedes, is this a fair price?

I think that is a fair deal.  Sounds right around MSRP for that vehicle.  If it's convertible then you're actually getting a pretty good deal.  Either way, try and work it so that is the "Out-the-door" price the dealership should be able to swing that especially since car sales are slow right now.  My only question is have you thought about the S550, CL550 or CLS550?  You should give those a test drive to because for that price you can get any of those...  The CLS550 Fully-Loaded should run between $90-$100K out the door, S550 $100-$110K out the door and the CL550 about $120-$125K out the door.  But if you want a sportier car these wouldn't be your pick.  If that's the case I'd wait for the SL550 to come out which is due later this year.

The only downfall with the S-Class is that there is much more depreciation involved. It's basically just a big luxury car that gets outdated within 7-10 years where as the CLK would still have performance highlights for resale.

But the CL550 is a great canidate and probably one of the best choices for resale, luxury and comfort. With the CLK 63, the price is fair. The one I saw in person and a few online have been about $120,000. It seems like an amazing opportunity to own one. Go for it!
