I just bought an E320 4Matic 2001 and it came with 2 keys. 1 key is fully functional and will start the car .The other key only has the buttons that work on it, but won't work to start the car.If I remember well it will display Remove Key. Is there a way to program this key so it will start the car?

if it needs to be programmed, when you insert the key into the ignition the little red light will stay on on the remote, if it is on then leave it in the ignition until it goes out, should be learned then. if nothing happens at all when key is in ignition then problem is with key most likely.
