Hi all,

I have ML320, 1998 and my mechanic told me that my transmission connector, as well as hoses are leaking. I am mechanically inclined and do a lot of fixes myslef. I never noticed any leaks (I checked) after leaving from a parking  space and was surprised to here that.  Anyway, I went under the car and inspected everything. The hoses are not leaking but a bit dirty . Will need to be replaced in a near future. The connector, oh well. I have looked everywhere and found a few sensors and 1  (I guess a connector) on the passanger side of the transmission under the plastic cover and wires  wrapped in foil. Is it the the connector to the Computer? At any case, all sensors and this connector are dry with no sings of leaks period. I think my mechanic is trying to rip me off and I don't like that.
Have I missed any connectors? Please help/adviced.

Thanks,
