I have an 06 C230 Sport. I put a set of Mandrus Regenmeister 18's on all four corners. Front width is 8.5, rear 9.5 (these guys are made for direct fitment to the C230). Only problem I'm having is the bozo who sold me the rims/tires gave me lug bolts that I think are too long (he's since gone out of business; just my luck) and they protrude out the back of the disk/hub and are slightly touching the dust plate directly behind the disk rotor, making a very slight scraping sound. The front is fine. I suspect the lug bolts he gave me are too long and are a "tapered" type whereas the OEM is the ball or radius type. Anyone know what length and type I should use (according to Mandrus the wheels can accept either type)or will the OEM bolts work ok. Any suggestions are deeply appreciated.
