So i've got a 82 240d that is a bit of a beater, and is a sprinkler that shoots oil when then filler cap is off. I pulled the dipstick while it was running and nothing came out from there. vavle guides? please. suggestions? trouble shooting tips?
plus i would like to modify this car into a pickup by cutting off the back, any chassis stiffening advice

It's going to blow oil out the cap hole when it's running, that's how it works.

The best advice for making it into a pickup is don't. The roof is a major structural part of the body. If any of the posts are removed, the body will be very weak.

Look for an early 1980's VW Rabbit diesel pickup.  There are still some around and it would be tons less work than converting a 240D.

how much oil consumption is acceptable?

-the reason that i would like to cut the back off (convert it to a pick up) of the 240d rather than go for the rabbit pick-up is because of the abundance of junk yard parts available for the benz.
-the ground clearance (this car will be seeing some of the rougher roads in mexico),another ? limited slip diff? are there any availble
- and i kinda want a big project
