i have a 1980 300cd mercedes,i want to convert it to a turbo ,have
a 1979 300 sd turbo motor to put in ,the header pipe is different ,do they sell it direct fit or do i have to get it made up
is there anything else i should know about turning it to turbo

You cannot add the turbo to the old engine, you must swap the entire engine. The old transmission cannot stand the extra power so you must swap it as well.

im putting in the 1979 sd turbo motor ,but the header pipe is not right ,do they have a direct fit

You will have to get the entire exhaust from the turbo back from a 300D/CD/ TD.
