Have a 04 CLK 500. Are 275/30/19 too big for the rear? Will it rubbing? Also, are 245/35/19 too big for the front? I am looking at getting some Vredestein UltraC Sessanta tires and they only have those sizes.

I have read that you can fit 275's in the rear as long as you are not lowered. Lowered you will have to roll the fenders. 245's in the front will track the road pretty bad. I would stick with 235's if it was me.

265's at the rear will be a good fit and 235 at the front

275/30/19 are the biggest you can go without rubbing for the back.
and 235/35/19 is the biggest you can go for the front if you want to take full advantage of the w208's AMAZING turning radius

i've been thinking about that too.
let me know how it turns out if you do it.
my only concern is buying a new set of rims and tires if i roll them out because these 275's on my back are already 250 a piece

hi,
I have an 07 clk63 just replaced wheels and tyres, I have 275/30x19 Rear & 235/35x19 Front, I don't have any rubbing.
I think it all depends on the wheel manufacturer, a cheap set of wheels will most probably rub, as the off set maybe slightly off
