I have a 2000 CLK 320. I recently changed the battery and when i went to turn on the AC, it took a while for it to turn on and once it turned on, it won't turn off event when the engine is off, it still blows.   I went ahead and disconnected the blower until I find out what is going on, but it is summer and i am going to need AC.  I had the diagnoistics read and there are no error codes and my car states there are NO MALFUNCTIONS.  The climate control works fine, i am able to control the temperature, but the fan seems to keep blowing on high even on the low or AUTO settings.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?? What was the fix?? HELP please =)

I have the exact same problem for my 2001 CLK 320. Anyone with ideas on how to solve it would be save me a trip down to my wallet-burning dealership.
