I have 2002 CL 500 (mileage...51,000) and I now shop for new ride.

I am thinking either M5 or SL 550....and try to trade in my CL. Last weekend, I went Bimmer dealership and I was suggested around $25,600 for my CL. (for trade in value)

Do you think it's reasonable? I do not want to go for a private sale....

Take it,, i have 02 cl 600 and they say i'll be lucky to get $30 k same mileage

The other side of the equation is what kind of deal they are giving you on the car you are buying. One way to do this is to get a price on the car you want with no trade and after that get a price with your trade.
