This could be either an auto-box or ECU fault. IT is essential you get this analysed. Do you brake with left-foot or right foot ?

Apparently A-classes will 'learn' different driving styles, so if your car is driven by more than one person, a differing pressure on the pedal can make the car perform differently.

The ECU will be controlling engine speed so this could cause lurching as engine tries to rev against braking. Recommedn getting this looked at by a Merc Tech - don't want you to have an accident!
