Hi people, new to the forum. have brought the wife a A160 and the sunroof drive is knackered, the motor turns but roof does not move, can be opened by pulling it with your hand but really difficult to shut again, any hints as mercedes want £2000 to fix it, also have started getting steam out of the heater for some reason, could this be a heater matrix fault??
please help me....
