My glow plug light began about a month ago not coming on  until I intermittedly played the ignition switch on and off several times.
Then it would stay on each time during that cycle until the engine started; but started with difficulty and initial blue exaust.
Have 198K miles on and never had any starting problems..(granted I plugged in if below freezing.)
As of yesterday the light does not come on even with prodding.  Very difficult start now unless I preheat (plug in); even at 55 degreesF
.A hot engine always starts well as before.
The strip fuse is fine.
I did an ohm test on the wires in the terminal and got 0 readings on 1 and 5;
and no continuity at all on 2, 3,and 4.
Thanks for any discussiion re this problem.

I replaced # 2,3,and 4.  Light comes on...car starts up normal.....my question now is should I replace plugs #1 and 5; with the enemy of good being better?
Any comments appreciated.
