I have a '99 E300 diesel. The car will not shift when temperature is below 50 degrees and the car has been sitting for an extended period of time. After the car is started and warmed up for 15 minutes, the car shifts perfectly. I have had the transmission rebuilt by a reputable transmission shop. A new computer has been installed, which has not helped a bit. Would appreciate any solutions.
