Hello to everyone,

I am new to Mercedes ,to make it short I use to be a bmw fan , but since I have tried the CLK 500 , I am sold to Benz :)

amazing bombination of luxury and sport with all the extras to make the driving experience as fun and pleasant as possible.

Everything works perfectly on the car... However the alarm is acting kind of weird.
Sometimes when I leave it parked the alarm will start out of now where :(

Happened already 3 times, and I can not shut it off with the remote control. (try pressing the unlock door button ) but the alarm does not shut of.

How do I shut if off when it starts ???

Or maybe change the sensitivity on it ?!

waiting for you help :)

thank you

Does phantom alarm occur with either remote key? If not one may need a new battery (remove hard key from remote to uncover battery storage compartment).

Love your new word...'bombination'
