The 2008 has a repair rate near the average. The 2005, based on a smaller number of responses, appears to require more repairs than the average 2005 model. It is approaching 48K miles and I have only had to do the recall... Been a very good car (knock on wood). There are a few issues I have not had looked at yet... The power part of the driver seat does not work and the springs groan when going slow. I purchased an extended warranty, so I will have those looked at when I have time. I would say: good so far. Twenty years later: good so far. Wow time flies. My 09 C300 only has 130 miles after four weeks; so it will not likely be a signal car.
