Looking for instructions on how to reset the Service Indicator Message. I am at 13,000 miles and am getting the oil change without going to the dealer, but I need to know how to resset the indicator.   Please Help!!

Does it have a way of knowing if you did the service? i.e., if you just reset the indicator without actually doing any servicing, will it stay reset, or will it detect that no service was performed, and start up again?

thanx!

No, it does not have any way of knowing it.  I did it 4,000 miles ago, and it acts as it normally would.
  Good Luck
