Ok I registered just to post a response...

I have an 02 Cl600 Sport, which is a wondurful car. The cl55 amg  03, i think, and up is supercharged with a diff engine 496 hp... Mine is close to 380. My average fuel mpg over 6500 miles is 13.9mpg.
I do have a heavy foot. Mostly city driving. So keep that in mind.

wood and leather steering wheel
suede headliner
massage seats
heated and cooled

and the "v12" logo... costly

If you need to ask about miles per gallon you shouldn't be thinking of any petrol V8 or V12 get a diesel !!

I agree with FLEEGLE V12 owners dont look at MPG....AMG owners either for that matter![:D]

Go with the CL55 and hope it doesnt have the same problems as the Cl 600 has. Engines are a nightmare, selling mine now after $15,000 worth of bills..thank god for extended warranties
