mercedes online repair manuals?

Is there a web site for a 1980 300cd repair manual (to view online, i.e. free.).
I own a Chilton #48300, but it is little help.
My problem is the ac evaporator housing drain is plugged, full of debris or broken and the condensation is running down to the drivers side floor mats.
If "snaking" the drain line does not solve the problem, what is next and how does one access to the problem?

the chance was that, your evaporator is wrapped by moist dirt too and icing up. you need to pull it out.

what model is your car?

Thank you for responding. The model is 1980 300CD.
Is the ac evaporator removed or accessed from the drivers or passenger side and just by removing the side panel of the interior housing around the transmission?

in order to get access on the evaporator, you have to remove the whole heater box because it is located inside. the dashboard must come out too, but don't worry, it's not really a big job. only time consuming.
