Finally the have stopped making another car that hurt there name and history. It joins what should be a shorter line of bad MBs including the W163, W220 and though we dont here much i would assume the W215 since its the coupe model of the W220!

I did like the way the W215 looked though. Especially the front end. But it cost $$$$$$ and more $$$$

Yes, the reliabilty was the bane of those cars. I think by 05-06 they got most of the bugs worked out. But hey, you see the new CL500? Have they made it over to the states yet? But back on the W203, what is the replacement for that car or will the E-class become the entry level sedan?

Here is a link to the new C-class

http://www.w204c-class.com/

I havent seen the new CL in person but have seen pics and i like them. I think Mercedes is pulling out of its rut. I suspect however that 00-04s will lose value like crazy letting the average person buy them they will fall into disrepair, junked and taken will disappear from history. Well maybe we have the makings of collectors cars on our hands. HMMM....

To me the pics of the CL do it no justice. It looks way better in Real life.

The new C-class doesn't seem to be too bad looking. The C63 seems to be like it's going to be a beast. A pocket rocket killer.

in a way, its sort of sad to see another nice looking mercedes model being discontinued. i was recntly looking at the mercedes benz junkyard pics on www.v-d-h.de and i was thinking about all the wasted cars that are there. its very sad.

The w204 looks like a great car, but it's probably no 203 reliability wise. That V8 sounds attractive though. A turbo diesel would have me sold.
