If your vehicle just had an A or B service the counter should have been reset at your dealership, I would suggest paying them a visit if you have driven the vehicle more than a few hundred miles since your service to have the counter properly set with DAS. Your operators manual outlines the reset procedure, but to speed things up a bit... key to position 2, press the left button on the instrument cluster twice and hold (your maintenance interval should be displayed). While holding, turn key to position 0, release button then press and hold it again. Turn key to position 2, do not let go of the button until the interval resets (you will hear a beep and the interval will display 10000 indicating this has taken place). Timing is somewhat important it may take a few tries to get it to reset.
