They are more electrical than anything which as u may or maynot already beware that these kind of repairs are costly even if you are able to do the work yourself.

Seems like a good deal but i would be leary for the fact that they put that it was a 6 CYLINDERS 3.0 Liters and it is a inline-4.

ME, I would look at CARS.com to see if you can get you new vehicle closer to home, so you can have a mechanic check it out before you buy it. My 2001 SLK 320 has had no electrical problems other than bulbs and the heater solenoid, which I repaired. Good luck with your hunting! Let us know what you find.

Drews right also autotrader.com for other cars and edmunds.com for TMV pricing casue they are the most on par with what people are really paying from my experience.

Thanks guys ...Ok , here is the deal .. this car has all the proof needed that it is in perfect condition BUT it has a 'rebuilt - title' , it si florida car so it was decalred total loss in one of the floods they had , However again, the water never got inside, and seems as the owner preferred the total loss to get the insurance money .. Now, from your experience, if i got this car now , and decided to sell later, How does dealers treat such a car for trade-ins I know it is safer to get from a local (i live in LA), but the price difference outweigh the risk on this one, specially if the car proves to be in perfect condition.

Uhh, I would avoid that car like the plague. from the ebay auction: quote:
THIS CAR WAS PURCHASED BACK IN 2005 FROM THE STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY SOLD AS A FLOOD DAMAGE SWEET WATER, NOT EVEN TO THE DOORS LEVEL, BUT DECLARED AS TOTAL LOST BY THE INSURANCE AUTOMATICALLY ISSUE A REBUILT TITLE,, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH CAR WHEN BOUGHT IT, ONLY AN OIL CHANGE, AND TUNE UP NEEDED AND QUICK START AND READY TO GO REPAIR COST PENNIS,, You know the saying about 'if it sounds too good to be true.... I highly doubt that a salvage title would be issued if there was so little damage that only a 'tune-up' was needed. Do you think State Farm would total my 05 C230 cause it's raining out right now? Cause that's about what the seller is claiming. Reeks of fraud. I would suggest possible ignorance, but there are too many claims in the auction about the condition and how little damage there really was to believe that. Keep looking and good luck.
