welcome to the forum.
As a customer, i appreciate honesty above all else. Don't tell me what i wanna hear, tell me the truth.
If u say ur gonna find a particular car for me, find it or let me know that you couldn't, but will keep looking.
Definately be knowledgable about the car u are trying to sell to me.
Don't be pushy. Don't hover over me when i look at the cars. give me ur card and if i want a closer look, i'll come get u.
just a little input from a customer that has purchased quite a few cars in her lifetime.

Gee. Since you're advertising on this forum and getting members to help you sell cars, you should offer a discount to members or sponsor the site. It's only fair.

thank you all. my dealership doesn't even know i'm coming here. am here because i want to learn more from all of you. am here because i want to better myself in the business. for the past five clients, i did give out my free gifts to them which i paid out of my own pocket.
i'll take care of my clients :)

since i live so far away from massachussettes (even if i could get a discount) i wouldn't be able to take advantage of it.
however, support of the site is a good idea. it would also benefit all members on the site. or am i wrong in that thinking?
