A strong attachment to a car I can understand. Your deal I can't. Regardless, good luck on finding a compatible... um... user.

The MoT is like a safety inspection here, then. Safety inspections are mechanical checks, like headlight aim, tire wear, wiper blades, etc. We also have emissions testing to ensure that a car isn't stinking up the air. However, some states don't have safety inspections and some don't have emissions testing, but they all have one and some have both.

The deal you're offering is a little weary, but if you really mean it thanks for offering it to someone. I would take it, however the UK is quite a distance away..
