As long as the radiator is remaining full, I would not worry about it.  You probably have a faulty fluid level sensor. It is strange, however, that the washer light and radiator light would be on at the same time if both fluid levels are full.

If the fluid levels remain full and the lights stay on, I would take the trip and monitor the fluid levels when possible.  Faulty sensors can be pain in the ....
