I need to replace the fuel shut off on a 300D 1991, 2.5, the solonoid is under the intake manifold with two 100mm/30 trox screws. I can get to one screw and can fabricate a tool to get to the other, i think. Is there a tool already out there to get to this screw? In addition what is the sensor on top of the injector pump with three prongs, held in with a lock ring?
Does the solonoid need alot of room to remove?
any help would be appreciated, not intrested in taking the manifold apart.
