Thanks Benz bob, I think you are right, though when I bought the nozzles I made sure I bought the made in France instead of India but as you say remanufactured can be anything. Would you suggest installing the original nozzles which were much quiter , I changed them just out of curiosity. Thanks in advance

I'd argue for swapping your old injectors back in, if only for diagnostic purposes: if it makes a difference, you've proved that the injectors are the issue -- and if it really solves the problem, leave them in! They probably are better, and will last longer, than badly rebuilt ones. Just wanted to mention that my car, a 1959 180-D, came with a built-in injection-timing problem -- it had just spent time in a shop and evidently flummoxed the mechanic. It never worked right and the owner refused to pay the mechanic, who confiscated it under mechanic's lein and sold it to the owner before me for $500. (I paid $2000). Problem was that the flywheel had been removed during service and reinstalled incorrectly -- it bolts on with seven bolts and had been rotated two bolt positions forward. The injection timing was then set according to the timing marks on the flywheel, which put feed-begin at about 135 degrees before top dead center. The shocking part of this is that the engine still started and ran reasonably quietly. I drove it for a couple of weeks before I realized that the power was 'way off even for a 48-hp engine in a 2700-lb car. The tipoff, however, was that the excessive combustion-chamber pressure began blowing the guts out of the glow plugs. I mention this to suggest that you might want to look past the timing marks to make sure the injection timing is REALLY right. M-B's special supplement on injection timing suggested poking a screwdriver through the #1 glowplug port and turning the engine VERY GENTLY by hand to find piston TDC directly. Then check the flywheel timing marks to see if they agree. If they do, you can trust them.

Dear Tucasege, thank you for taking the time to reply, I totally agree with putting the old injectors back, please explain in detail how to check the timing of the flywheel and what does TDC stand for. Thanks again.
