i have an 86 300E which runs excellent and i keep it in very good condition. however, in years, the paint start giving up. there are some minor spots loosing or showing thinning clear coat. actually, i dont wanna take it to a partial paint, i'm affraid of that a color match may not work. i also dont wanna go for a full paint since it s gonna be very expensive. i was looking for a special cure of paint/wax mixture fixing the fadening colors and thinning clear coat. i couldnt get any good results from any cheap wax or polishes in regular chain stores, such as autozone, oreilly, advanced auto, etc. i am looking for something very special as a paint cure and also a wax, either one solution or separate containers. i dont mind paying big bucks since those $10 waxes and polishes are worthless to me. thanks for your advices. my car color is black pear.
