I am getting front end shake between 60-90mph, any ideas what might be causing this?

i think it could be your wheels , break-disks or shocks. But then it could be something as simple as balancing the wheels

If your wheels are balanced properly, try torquing the wheel bolts to the correct specs - 110Nm ~ 85ft-lb.

I have the same problem with my 2000 SL500, has 46K miles on it, front end shakes, at speeds between 60 - 90 MPH, had the wheels balanced and aligned. Bushings should not wear out on a low mileage like this one, yet the same problem persist. I was also told that convertibles do have some flex on their chasis????? and this causes vibrations. What would be the next and least inexpensive appropiate move? Thanx......
