1978 450SL wood Trim - type of coating? - 3/28/2005 2:20:34 AM    regisphilbin   Posts: 1 Joined: 3/22/2005 Status: offline Wondering what type of coating is on the wood trim for this model 450SL ... I've heard its possibly urethane but also have checked out this article (http://interior.articles.mbz.org/wood) where the wood was laquered finished...( I know its different model ) Not sure how to proceed in restoring the wood trim in this car....
