Hi -

I woke up to a dead battery today and after starting my 96 SL320, the soft top & roll bar indicator lights and the roll bar dash light are staying on. However, the windows work fine. If you found out what caused the problem with your SL, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thank you.

was it deployed?

the best way is to read the fault code.

some of them clear the fault by disconnecting and reconnecting the control unit (rear right where the seat is suppose to be)... to avoid disconnecting the battery because of radio code issue.

I disconected the control unit, it still not work. I also disconected from the battery terminal for overnight and check all the fuses (in the hood and back in trunk) I did not found any bad fuse. Do you know any way to reset it.
Thanks
