My 98 e300 td developed fuel leaks after running bio for over a year then running 1 tank of ulsd. I have got some new lines and O rings. Does anyone know if I need to remove the intake manifold to fix the leaks and is there a site somewhere that gives more info or intructions.I don''t yet understand how those little white clips work on the end of the hoses and if I have to prime the whole system before trying to restart.Any help is greatly appreciated.

Bio is hard on some hoses and O-rings. Not sure about your 98 but my 87 3.0 6 cylinder needed a 33 spline socket for the lines from the injector pump. I cheated and ground a pair of vise grips to fit, but had to start at one end and take all of them out not able to just get the middle ones. I was able to leave my intake on and seen no reason to remove it. It would of been easier but didn''t need new gaskets or the time to reinstall it either. Purging it take your time let your starter cool down unless you want to replace it too. I leave the lines on the injectors loose until I get some fuel their then tightend. Caution dirt and rag lint inside the line can plug a injector. Be neat and clean
