Status: offline hi i just installed a new pineer head unit and whenever it turns on/off scans for radio stations, switched top Aux, ect. i hear a loud pop comming from the speakers. i have the cables plugged into the preamp output so as to not amplify the music louder than necessary, but the pop is louder than the volume is. Please help

Status: offline Sounds like a bad speaker or some mixed up wiring, I would double check your work.

Status: offline i feel like if it were a speaker or a wiring problem, it would constantly pop, but its only when the sound stops for that split second while the headunit switches stations/inputs or turns on/off
