All, I hope you guys can help me because I switch my headlights for the HID lights. Recently, my left headlight is not working. I turned on my lights and heard a pop and then my malfunction warning came on telling my that the left headlamp is malfunctioned. I checked and the bulb is still good, the fuse is still good, and replace both the ballast and the capacitor. When I turn on the lights, the bulbs seems to spark but doesn''t fully light up... Does anyone here know why it''s doing this and what I can do to fix it? Thanks for all your help in advance.

Switch the bulbs back to Halogen is your first step. To use HID lights you need to have a dealer or someone with star diagnostic system set the XENON=PRESENT option on. It''s OK to use Halogen bulbs while this option is set but not OK to use HID bulbs without this option set. If you bring your car in for a scheduled service, most dealers will do this for free or close, if not just bribe the SA.
