Hi,

About 85% sure going to get a 81 to 85 MB diesel td wagon or 300 SD to try the vegetable oil thing. Tips on any of the below appreciated:

is one model generally safer than the other and are the rear facing td seats ok- maybe for only around town?

general trouble spots to look for/ have checked out for either or both models

I am more likely to try biodiesel than SVO- does that put newer makes in the running?
