Hi everyone hope someone can help.  I own a 98 slk230  have had it for about 3 monthsnow. For some reason it didn''t seem to accelerate today as fast as usual (at least that''s what it seemed like it''s not alot but i think i felt a difference) anyway, could the supercharger have gone? and if so, would''nt there be some malfunction light lit ?  Maybe  a stupid question but it just didn''t feel the same today. Thanks for any help anyone can give me. Walt

Check your 0 to 60 mph time to see if the car is really different from what it should be.

No CEL LIGHT = No major problem.

Bad gas?

Depends on where in the world you are. Some models do not throw a cel.
ADD YOUR LOCATION ETC...

MAF sensor is always 1st place to check, a saturated clean with crc maf cleaner, shake off...
