My other post on here ''Reman Bosch injectors''  I have ben able to isolate which injector I think is faulty by cracking the lines loose one at a time.  with one cylinder misfiring although it smoothes out above 1200 rpm and runs clean and quiet cruising down the road, Will it damage the engine in any way to drive it until I can get another injector shipped in and  replaced as it hammers pretty good at idle??????

Hammering is very stressful on the headgasket piston and bearings. It should be OK to drive, but I''d limit it to whats really necessary until the injector is replaced.
