I was wanting to know when you change the automatic transmission fluid what is the capacity with a new filter? and I see it looks like the torque converter has a drain plug too. Do you just pour the transmission fluid in the dip stick hole and it goes to both or is the a way you have to put it into the torque converter and the transmission? Also what is the ATF I need Dexron 2 or 3? And my last question is I changed the fluid only a little while ago and put dexron 3 in would this cause it to not go into gear? The car sometimes goes into 2nd,3rd, and 4th, but sometimes it will not come out of 2nd or 1st and it revs hard. Is there a way to check if it is the converter or the transmission that is slipping.
