Fuel Return line - 5/4/2008 7:43:58 AM    bahamutsd   Posts: 26 Joined: 4/16/2008 Status: offline What is the diameter, and how much fuel line would I need for the fuel return line in a 240d. Do I have to get the braided line or will any fuel line work. Do you have to relive the fuel presure or just pull the line off and replace it, How do you do it? Also how would you change the primary and secondary fuel filters, do you have to relive the presure? Post #: 1

OM617.95, GT2256V VNT turbo, 4-speed manual, Intercooler, 3.46 diff, 15mm rear swaybar, ALDA removed, no EGR and Amsoil by-pass oil filter.
