This didn't seem to get posted so trying again....
I have a few questions on changing the plugs.
1. How is the heat shield/wire removed from the plug? Is it pryed off or twisted?
2. Do some of them have to be accessed from under the car? Is so, what has to be removed?
3. What is the gap of the plugs?
