Would you buy a 2000 S500 w/58k and full Lorinser pkg for $28k

Hi All - I just became a member to your forum. Not currently an MB owner but hope to be soon! I am considering buying the following car:

2000 Year S500
Mileage - 58k
Price - $28k
2 owner car
Clean title with no prior accidents
Full Lorinser pkg (bumpers, wheels, motor chip)
All options (including rear power seats and rear a/c)
Warranty - One year Starmark warranty remaining

I am really interested in your thoughts about this car.
1. How is the price?
2. Is 2000 a good year? Are there other years that you would opt for?
3. Is the Lorinser pkg desirable?
4. Does having a Lorinser motor chip affect long-term reliability?
5. Are there any other issues that I should be aware of or should ask the current owner?

I will do a pre-buy inspection if I decide to proceed with this car.
