Wiper blade reset on my C200 Sport

Hi, Does anyone know how i can resent the wiper blade on my c200 sport.  The wiper blade, when off, is jammed at the centre of the windscreen and not in the natural position.  Many thanks

The motor (or gear in the motor) sounds stripped.
