Will 2002 S500 rims fit on a 1995 S320?

Will 2002 S500 rims fit on a 1995 S320? I know the rims are the same size 16x7.5 & bolt pattern is the same with same size lugs however I am not sure of the offset on my 95 s320. The offset of the 02 rims is 46mm.....I am sure the 95 is less but I am asking if they will fit still? Will I need a spacer or will the wheels just stick out too far? I just bought thyem on EBAY for $300 with shipping & hope they will work...if not I have to relist them. Thanks in advance.

I guess there are not alot of guys that have tried this....lol..I found out that a 1995 s320's offset is 50mm so it is 4mm off which is nothing so I am thinking they will fit no problem! I will post my results once I mount them & also post before & after pic's to help someone in the future.

Ok they do fit & they look great! I will post pictures soon but figured for now I would let you guys know it will work...Only glitch you need new lug nuts as they stick out a little if you keep the original ones...I bought new ones & it looks nice & original.

I got the rims on Ebay. They were off a 2002 S500 (factory rims) & in great condition. I got them for $300.00 including shipping. I will post a pic in a few minutes.

Can you tell any difference in the way the car rides- better or worse or same???

I think it rides better however the old tires were weak & when I mounted the new rims I bought new tires....I no longer have the car it sold right after I mounted the new rims!
