will 2002 E420 16" wheels fit a '94 E320

All,
 
I have set of "five hole" 16x7 et 41 wheels with snow tires in 215/55/16 size.  Will these fit and work well on my '94 E320 wagon?
I have put them on the car, and there is about 1/8" in the front tire to strut housing.
The combo stick out a bit at the front.
 
Thoughts??
