Turn Lamp + Parking Lamp?

Rt front turn lamp will not engage, now the "parking" lamp bulb also will not turn on??? Are these on the same circuit or am I looking at two problems?

did check the fuse?

I pulled all the "standard" fuses in the box and none of them were blown.  I do not have owners manual so not sure which exactly to check. 
 
New problem developed today.  I swapped the parking bulb from one side to the other...now neither side will work!
